The Geyserville Planning Committee (GPC) is a group of seven elected members of the community with responsibilities that include:
- Reviewing local land use planning and improvement projects in and around Geyserville.
- Offering recommendations and proposals that are representative of community values and priorities.
- Being the advocate for Geyserville to government agencies and corporations.
- Organizing activities that promote community development.
The GPC will be holding elections for new committee members at the annual Town Hall meeting on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at 7:00 pm, Geyserville New Tech Academy.

Candidate Information
The next Geyserville Planning Committee (GPC) election will be held at the annual meeting (“Town Hall”) on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, for the election of three (3) GPC Member seats, each to serve a two (2) year term.
To be eligible to run for the GPC, a candidate must, at the time of the election, be a person over the age of 18 who is:
- A natural person residing within the boundaries of the Geyserville Unified School District (the “Planning Area”); or
- A property owner within the Planning Area; or
- A commercial or industrial tenant within the Planning Area.
GPC Members are expected to attend monthly meetings, actively participate, and contribute to executing the purpose of the GPC. Officers are President, Vice-President, Treasurer, and Secretary. If you are interested in becoming a GPC candidate, please contact Benny Allen by April 22, 2025. Eligible candidates may self-nominate at the Town Hall before the candidate speeches are concluded. All candidates are required to give a maximum two (2) minute speech to the audience attending the Town Hall.
